Both active jazz musicians in their own right, Walter and Elisabeth understand and appreciate the needs of the independent musician. As a pianist and vocalist respectively they

A native of New York City- Alex has worked on a vast range of musical styles in some of the best studios NYC has to offer. Born and raised in little Rhode Island, Chris Gilroy fell in love with the art of sound and how to capture it. Through a BM in Sound Recording Technology from Umass Lowell, he worked at Avatar Studios for a while until he ventured into the world of live sound. Having worked with a wide range of artists all over the states and Mexico, he was able to hone the fine line between making artists comfortable and creating great sounds. This lead him to Lofish studios, where he has found a home helping artists find their voice in the world of sound. Al Carlson began his professional career in Boston, MA. While attending The Berklee School Of Music, he started as an assistant engineer at Blue Jay Recording Studio. After graduating from Berklee with a dual major in performance and recording he decided to move to NYC.
Upon his arrival he landed a gig working alongside Producer/Engineer Frederik Rubens out of Flux Recording Studios in the LES. Through Fred, Al landed a couple assisting credits as well as some freelance credits of his own. Al is currently on staff at MSR Studios located in Times Square working with major and independent artists alike. He freelances out of Flux Studios and Lofish Studios.
